Return and Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with Mark Jewellers. We appreciate and want to ensure you have a clear understanding of our return, exchange, and refund processes.
Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.
🚚 Shipping & Delivery
All deliveries will take place between 4 to 10 business days from the date of your order.
🔁 Return & Exchange Eligibility
We have a 5 -day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange. However, please note our strict eligibility criteria below:
1. Defect-Only Policy
Returns and exchanges are only accepted for manufacturing defects or if the wrong product was received.
No Returns or Exchanges on a "Dislike" Basis: We strive to deliver the absolute best quality, but we understand that every customer’s personal taste and preferences are unique. Because of this, we cannot accept returns if you simply change your mind or dislike the style.
Color Variations: Please note that slight color variations may occur due to digital photography, lighting, and screen settings. This is not considered a defect.
2. Mandatory Unboxing Video
⚠️ CRITICAL REQUIREMENT: An uninterrupted opening parcel video (with no cuts or edits) is strictly mandatory to claim any exchange or return. The product defect or issue must be clearly visible in the video.
You must report the issue and send the video to us within 4 hours of receiving your parcel. Failure to provide this video within the timeframe will result in the rejection of your claim.
3. Product Condition
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the exact same condition that you received it:
Unworn and unused.
With all original tags still attached.
In its original packaging.
Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
🛠️ How to Initiate a Return
1. Contact us immediately at markjewellers@gmail.com within 4 hours of delivery, attaching your uncut unboxing video and proof of purchase.
2. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return and receiving approval will not be accepted.
🛑 Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned under any circumstances:
Custom products (such as special orders, resized rings, or personalized jewelry items).
Sale items and Gift Cards.
⚡ Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to follow the return process for your defective item. Once your return is accepted, please make a separate purchase for the new item.
💰 Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned item to let you know if the refund has been approved.
Approval: If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Processing Time: Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
Delayed Refunds: If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you still have not received your refund, please contact us immediately at markjewellers@gmail.com.
