🕒 Processing & Delivery Timelines
We work efficiently to get your order on its way to you.
Order Processing: Most orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Custom or personalized orders may require additional production time.
Delivery Window: All deliveries will take place between 4 to 10 business days from the date your order is placed.
Tracking Your Order: Once your package is handed over to our courier partner, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number so you can follow its journey.
📦 Shipping Address Changes
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address. Mark Jewellers is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrectly entered address.
🎥 Important Delivery & Damage Inspection Policy
Because jewelry is valuable and delicate, we take extra care in our packaging.
⚠️ MANDATORY UNBOXING REQUIREMENT: Upon receiving your package, you must record an uninterrupted unboxing video (with no cuts or edits).
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, you must email us this video at markjewellers@gmail.com within 4 hours of delivery. This allows us to evaluate the issue with our courier partner and make it right for you immediately.
🚫 Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
While we do everything in our power to ensure a smooth delivery, Mark Jewellers is not liable for unexpected delays caused by courier service disruptions, severe weather, or customs clearance.
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with your local post office or neighbors before contacting us at markjewellers@gmail.com.
